We pride ourselves on a transparent, farm-to-plate experience. Because our meat is processed to order, we manage our logistics to ensure the highest quality and safety for your products.

How It Works:

• Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, you will receive a digital invoice detailing your specific cuts and the deposit amount.

​

• Finalisation: As soon as we receive the final hanging weights from the butcher, we will update your invoice with the final balance.

​

• Logistics Coordination: We do not use third-party couriers. Instead, we coordinate set delivery dates at convenient locations to ensure you receive your order in peak condition.

• 24-Hour Confirmation: To ensure you are ready to receive your order, we will contact you via SMS at least 24 hours before our scheduled arrival at the meeting point.
